VOLUNTEER – LUM Jubilee Christmas needs lots of volunteer “elves” to bring Christmas to local families and children in need. These opportunities are perfect for GROUPS. Volunteer opportunities are as follows:
- HOST a FAMILY on Saturday, Dec. 10 (100+ needed) at 2 p.m.
- MOVE & SORT Toys THIS Monday, Dec. 5 at 10 a.m.
- Staff the DONATION Center – Now to Dec. 6, 1-5 p.m.
- SORT Toys on Saturday, December 10 at 11 a.m.
DONATIONS are appreciated for Jubilee Christmas from churches, organizations and individuals, and help make the program a success. Your cash gift to Jubilee Christmas may be given in honor of a friend or family member — in lieu of a holiday gift. LUM will send a Holiday Card sharing that a donation has been made by you to Jubilee Christmas in their name.
GIVE NEEDED ITEMS to Jubilee Christmas. Donations of new, unwrapped toys, clothing (newborn to 12-year-old), books, games, sports equipment, quilts/family blankets are welcome. Donations may be dropped off on Monday & Tuesday (12/5 & 12/6) at Oakland High School (Lafayette) from 1 to 5 p.m. or Greyhouse Coffee & Supply Co. (West Lafayette) 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., now through Monday.
