Volunteer Job: Jubilee Christmas – Day of JC Volunteers
Dates: Second Saturday in December
Duties:
- Host a family – assist with shopping for their children
- Receive and organize toy donations
- Deliver surplus toys to other agencies
- Must have good customer service skills, be organized, and dependable
Volunteer Job: Jubilee Christmas – Donation Center Volunteers
Dates: Monday after Thanksgiving through the Thursday before Jubilee Christmas
Duties:
- Receive and organize toy donations from donors
- Supervise Host Sites shopping for toys
- Bag toys for each Host Site
- Work “Host Site Pick Up” — giving Host Site coordinators their packets
- Separate toys after Jubilee Christmas for distribution to other programs, events & agencies
- Must have good customer service skills, be organized, and dependable
Volunteer Job: Family Registration Volunteers
Dates: Weekday afternoons in October
Duties:
- Register Jubilee Christmas Families by phone or in person
- Review Family Registrations submitted by mail and online
- Follow up with Family to get more information, if needed
- Enter Family Registration data into database
- Computer skills and knowledge of computer data entry (training on database software provided)
- Must have good phone & in person etiquette and good customer service skills
- Must be dependable and organized
- Spanish speaking volunteers needed
