LUM’s Impact in the First Half of 2021
Historic Moments & 1,400 Local Households Served
During the first six months of 2021, Lafayette Urban Ministry provided rapid help to 1,400 local households through one or more of our 16 programs — and opened a new Food Pantry in West Lafayette (see picture of the Ribbon Cutting above) and “launched” a new LUM logo. Thanks to friends like you, LUM was able to offer local families financial & food assistance, immigration services, and shelter for those experiencing homelessness. Families were given much needed support, and children were given a safe and loving environment for remote learning, after school care and enhanced summer child care & summer camp.
