The LUM ID Clinic helps individuals obtain the birth certificate they need to apply for a valid Indiana identification card.

Today, a legal ID is needed to open a bank account, to secure employment, to vote, to attend school, to get a driver’s license and more. If you do not have a copy of your birth certificate, the process can be overwhelming and expensive. The LUM ID Clinic helps individuals with the entire process.

The service is free, but the entire process may take a few weeks to complete.
