September’s Esteemed LUM Supporters

Gifts to Turkey Trot, Programs & Emergency Fund

During the month of September, LUM received a few special donations.

Jansen Nicholson presented a $1,200 check to Wes Tillett, LUM executive director
  • CrossFit West Lafayette – Jansen Nicholson presented a $1,200 check to Wes Tillett, LUM executive director (pictured). The money was raised at their recent Golf Outing. These funds will directly support all LUM programs, which is particularly meaningful when financial support is crucial to sustaining these initiatives, especially when demands are increasing.
  • Caterpillar ($500), Centier Bank ($500), the Indiana Turkey Market Development Council ($300), and JR Kelley Company ($250) became LUM Turkey Trot 5K Run event sponsors. Event sponsorship money significantly aids the LUM mission, especially when donations are down. These funds will enable us to continue providing essential services to our community.
  • The 40 & 8 Chateau Voiture 364 ($200) and Ram Z’s Emporium ($400) make contributions to the LUM Good Samaritan Fund, which plays a critical role in supporting individuals and families with housing costs during challenging times. Such contributions are invaluable when financial support is needed most.

LUM invites other businesses to consider joining these esteemed supporters in making a meaningful contribution to Lafayette Urban Ministry. Your generous gift will have a positive impact on our community, especially during times when donations may be limited.
