African Leaders From Purdue Serve LUM

Mandela Washington Fellows Visit LUM Students

Four participants in the Mandela Washington Fellowship Program at Purdue recently engaged with the students enrolled in the LUM 5th Quarter Summer Learning Program and taught them about their countries in Africa. The fellows are Mathabo Duma from Lesotho, Leonor Fall from Senegal, and Immaculate Nwajagu and Temitope Olatimehin from Nigeria (pictured with Wes Tillett, LUM executive director). This is just one example of the “enhanced learning” offered by LUM each summer. To see more photos of their visit, click HERE.
