LUM Looking for Volunteer Summer Teachers
Volunteer Teacher’s Aides for the LUM 5th Quarter Summer Learning Program are needed this summer. The program is offered Monday – Friday, May 26 through August 7, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Volunteers support the LUM director and teachers.
Volunteers are needed each weekday to assist in teaching & tutoring, reading, recreational activities, meals & snacks and more. Due to COVID-19, LUM will need more teachers & volunteers to create a healthy and safe environment. Volunteers must enjoy working with children and have experience helping children (K – 6th grade) achieve academically and socially.
