Annual Turkey Trot 5K Run/Walk benefiting LUM — THIS THURSDAY

Lafayette, IN — The annual Turkey Trot 5K Run/Walk will kick off on Thanksgiving morning at McAllister Park (formerly the Lafayette Golf Course). Come join us at the crack of dawn on Thanksgiving morning to run or walk in the Turkey Trot 5K. It’s a fun family event that is open to runners, walkers, strollers, and dogs. All of the proceeds will help local families through the programs of Lafayette Urban Ministry. Turkey Trot details are as follows:
- Date: Thursday, November 24 – Thanksgiving Day
- Start Time: 8 a.m.; Check In: 6:30 – 7:30 a.m.
- Location: McAllister Park (formerly the Lafayette Golf Course) on Golfview Dr off of N 9th Street Rd in Lafayette
- Fee: $35 for Adult; $10 for youth (under 13)

Music will be provided by Shamus from B102.9, and our mascot, Tom the Turkey will be there to greet runners at the start and finish and available for photos.
