Expanding Two LUM Programs in 2024
After careful consideration and extensive research, LUM has found that expanding two of our programs better serves the needs of our community in 2024.
Winter Warming Station:
This winter, LUM enhanced the LUM Winter Warming Station by welcoming guests at 9 p.m., three hours earlier than before. Additionally, we’ve relocated the program to accommodate more than 50 guests per night, effectively doubling our capacity.
Protein Food Pantry:
This summer, LUM is excited to announce that the LUM Protein Food Pantry will be open an additional day each week. This expansion aims to address a gap in local food assistance and further amplify the impact of LUM within our community.
