The Community Foundation – $12,214 Gift

New Security Doors for the LUM Youth Center

Wes Tillett, LUM executive director, and Kristi Hogue, LUM youth programs director

Lafayette Urban Ministry is grateful to Community Foundation of Greater Lafayette. They recently awarded LUM a grant for $12,214 for new security door at the LUM Ray Ewry Center, which is home to LUM Youth Programs & Emergency Shelter.

The money was used to upgrade the exterior & interior doors to the first floor youth center. This upgrade will better protect our children, guests, volunteers and staff members as well as secure the building and all that is within it. Safety & security is a top priority for LUM.

Many thanks to the Community Foundation of Greater Lafayette for their continued support of LUM.
