Meet the LUM Executive Council – Cathy Potter

President: Cathy Potter

Cathy has represented her church, St. Andrew  United Methodist Church since 2000 and currently is the president of the LUM Board.

She is the mother of a daughter and two sons and has three grandchildren. Cathy enjoys reading, meeting new people, traveling, gardening, and any new experience. She is retired from Purdue University where she served as a development officer. In addition to her church and LUM, Cathy is active with the League of Women Voter of Greater Lafayette where she served as the president for two years.

She believes that LUM is a brilliant idea and plans on focusing on its ability to help others, engage in social justice, and continue to advocate for immigration reform.
