Give, Recycle, and Help Your Neighbor: Don’t Toss ‘Em — Donate Them
At LUM Food Pantry, we provide more than just groceries—we strive to support our neighbors in every way we can. One of the ways we do this is by offering laundry detergent to our shoppers, made with care by a dedicated team of volunteers.
But there’s a challenge: we need sturdy plastic bottles to fill and distribute the detergent. This is where you can help! The ideal size is 32–64 ounces—think juice jugs, sports drink bottles, or similar containers. Instead of tossing your empty bottles, consider giving them a second life by donating them to LUM.
How to Donate:
- To make a monetary donation, go to lumserve.org/donate.
- DROP OFF your DONATION–
- LUM Office: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
