Meet Analee – LUM Fall Intern

Analee Kotlarz grew up in Elma, New York, with her parents and older sister. She is from Houston, Texas, currently lives in West Lafayette, where she is a senior at Purdue University majoring in Brain & Behavioral Sciences with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies.

At LUM, Analee is a fall intern working with Homeless Services including the Emergency Shelter & Winter Warming Station. She stated that,

I love meeting different people and seeing the impact I’m making in real time. I have discovered it’s the small things in life that mean the most, such as remembering someone’s name and seeing their eyes light up when you say it correctly. LUM has created a tight knit family within the community and I am thankful to be a part of it.

Analee is a Purdue resident assistant and values her time collaborating with her colleagues to bring joy to our community through events. When she graduates in May 2024, Analee plans on pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring the great city of Houston, watching TV and creating delicious meals.

LUM is fortunate to have someone with Analee‘s experience, passion, and work ethic working as an intern this fall semester.
