Lafayette Catholic Students Give to LUM
Catholic School Week – Collection Drive for LUM
The Lafayette Catholic School System students collected “needed items” for LUM as a part of the annual Catholic School Week. Students & teachers from Central Catholic Jr/Sr High School delivered a truckload of personal hygiene items, including tooth brushes, soap, deodorant, shampoo, feminine products, combs & brushes, lotion, tooth paste, hand sanitizers, disinfectant wipes, socks, hats, and more. These items are already being used in the LUM Emergency Shelter and are being offered to families in the LUM Protein Food Pantry (Lafayette) and Westside Food Pantry (West Lafayette).
Join us in thanking the students and families of the Lafayette Catholic School System for their generous donation and to the teachers for their support and guidance. If you or our group would like to sponsor a “collection drive” for LUM, check out the LUM Wish List and get started. Please email or call, if you have any questions (lum@LUMserve.org | 765-423-2691).
Go Knights!
