LUM Client Becomes US Citizen
Daleth Assad became the second individual served by the LUM Immigration Clinic to become a US Citizen. She recently joined about 100 others at the official oath ceremony in the Morton Center and was sworn in as a US Citizen. The LUM Immigration Clinic, now starting its third year, hopes others learn about their services and will follow in her footsteps.
Daleth Assad is also a LUM volunteer and donor. She has been providing meals regularly at the LUM Emergency Shelter since January.
