Purdue Crew’s Row-A-Thon Supports LUM

On Saturday, February 6, 2016, the Purdue Rowing Team sponsored “Row-A-Thon” in support of the LUM Good Samaritan Fund. It was an exciting event — all of the athletes were working hard for a great cause. You still may make a donation to Row-A-Thon by mail. The LUM Good Samaritan Fund is an emergency financial assistance program which provides our community’s neediest families and children with a strong and reliable safety net. Help is offered for utility bills, rent, and prescription medications. In 2015, the Good Samaritan Fund provided assistance 2,276 times and $128,165 was shared.
