Creasy Springs Donates $1,900+ and Food Items

Creasy Springs Health Campus recently presented LUM with a gift of $1,932.75 as well as a truck-load of food items for the LUM Protein Food Pantry.
The Creasy Springs staff members and residents selected LUM as the recipients of their annual Independence from Hunger food drive and other programs earlier in the year. Creasy Springs Donates $381 and Food

Creasy Springs Health Campus this week presented LUM with a gift of $381.17 as well as two truck-loads of food for the St. John’s/LUM Food Pantry.
The Creasy Spring Health Campus staff and residents selected LUM as the recipients of their annual Independence from Hunger food drive. LUM is thankful to Creasy Springs for their continued support.

Creasy Springs Donates $3,396 to LUM


Creasy Springs Health Campus this week presented LUM with a gift of $3,395.91. The staff at Creasy Spring Health Campus selected Lafayette Urban Ministry as the recipient of their annual Hope for the Holidays — which included Breakfast with Santa, Dine & Dash Lasagna Dinner, employee PTO donations and the monthly employee fundraising luncheons. Hope for the Holidays donated over $500,000 to various nonprofits across four states. LUM is so very grateful that Creasy Springs chose our programs as their recipient again this year.

Creasy Springs Villas Now Leasing — Earn $300 for LUM

Creasy Springs Donates Truckload of Food

This summer, the staff & employees at Creasy Springs Health Campus held activities &
events to raise money & collect food for the St. John’s/LUM Food Pantry.

Recently, on behalf of the Creasy Springs Health Campus, Molly Schulz, community service representative and Zach Wilson, administrator, delivered over 8,034 pounds of food to the St. John’s/LUM Food Pantry, Lafayette.

In June, Creasy Springs Health Campus also hosted Dash & Dine. From the Dash & Dine event, Molly & Zach presented Joe Micon, LUM executive director, with a check for $922. Sincere thanks to Creasy Springs for their generous food donation and monetary gift. Their continued support of Lafayette Urban Ministry and the St. John’s/LUM Food Pantry is magnificent.

Easter Egg Hunt — Free Community Event

The staff and residents at Creasy Springs Health Campus invite you to attend their annual Easter Egg-stravaganza featuring an Easter Egg Hunt, prizes and more.

  • Saturday, March 26
  • 2-3 p.m.
  • Creasy Springs Health Campus,
    1750 S Creasy Lane, Lafayette

Dine & Dash—Success & Donation to LUM


This past Tuesday, the talented Chefs at Creasy Springs Health Campus made lasagna 151215_DineAndDash (1280x1113)dinner to go for anyone in the community during this busy holiday season. The dinners were both delicious and in demand. All of the proceeds from the event are being donated to Lafayette Urban Ministry. LUM is so very grateful for Creasy Springs continued concern for the families and children in our community—and for their support of LUM’s programs and services.

Creasy Springs Delivers Truckload of Food

This summer the staff & employees at Creasy Springs Health Campus held activities & events to raise money & collect food for the St. John’s/LUM Food Pantry. Earlier this month, Sally Miller, executive director; Melanie Brown, community service representative; & Molly Schulz, customer service specialist (pictured L to R), delivered over 233 pounds of food and purchase an addition 7,000+ pounds from all of the monetary donations that were donated ($1=3 lbs. of food).

This is a very welcome gift at a time when need is high and donations are lower. LUM and the St. John’s/LUM Food Pantry truly appreciate the continued support of our friends at Creasy Springs.

Creasy Springs – Easter Program Benefits LUM

2015-04-04 Eggstravaganza 004 (2)This past Saturday, the staff and residents at Creasy Springs Health Campus hosted a wildly successful Eggstravaganza. Hundreds of children & their families showed up for an afternoon of fun which included an Easter egg hunt, refreshments, prizes & pictures with the Easter Bunny. A few lucky kids even won new bicycles just for finding the special “golden” egg. (See photos below.)

Best of all — the proceeds from Eggstravaganza support the programs at Lafayette Urban Ministry. Thanks to Creasy Springs Health Campus for their continued support of LUM.
