LUM We’ve Got Talent – SOLD OUT
Supports Fund Providing Aid to Local Families
We’ve Got Talent | Friday, April 11 | 6:30 p.m.
LUM is pleased to announce that We’ve Got Talent, our amateur talent competition and fundraising event, is officially SOLD OUT. Thank you to everyone who purchased tickets. LUM looks forward to seeing you TOMORROW for an unforgettable evening with entertainment, community, refreshments, and generosity in support of a great cause.
Details are as follows:
- DATE – Friday, April 11
- TIME -Doors open – 5:30 p.m., show starts 6:30 p.m.
- PLACE – St. Andrew United Methodist Church, West Lafayette, Indiana
- DONATION – $35 per person; $280 per table (max. 8)
The evening will feature live music, spoken word, dance, and instrumental performances, all presented before a panel of local judges. To view a complete list of the performers and judges, click HERE.
The best part? Proceeds will directly support the LUM Good Samaritan Fund, which helps local families facing eviction or utility disconnection. In 2024 alone, LUM distributed more than $118,000 in aid. Although the event is sold out, donations to the LUM Good Samaritan Fund are still encouraged to help those in need.

Meet the “Judges” for We’ve Got Talent – April 11
LUM is excited to about the panel of judges for the We’ve Got Talent event on Friday, April 11. They are as follows:
- Kitty Campbell – Leadership Lafayette Executive Director. Kitty, who studied music at Millikin University, is a jazz musician and passionate about the arts.
- Tim Brouk – As a journalist, Tim has covered the arts and entertainment scene in Lafayette for 25 years, with both the Journal & Courier and Based in Lafayette, and performed in numerous rock bands over the years.
- Angel Valentín – Director of the LUM Financial Assistance Program & Wabash Township Trustee
- Vickie Maris – Singer-songwriter Vickie will perform at the Delphi Opera House (4/12) and Purdue Summer Concert Series in July.
