Turkey Trot 5K Run 2025 – Igniting Community Hope
Our Biggest Turkey Trot Yet!
What an unforgettable morning! This year’s LUM Turkey Trot 5K brought together 1,267 runners and walkers, raising more than $49,000 to support our community—a 19.5% increase over 2024. Thanks to 52 incredible volunteers and our generous event sponsors, the day was filled with energy, gratitude, and fun.
Open to all ages and abilities, the Turkey Trot welcomed runners, walkers, dogs, strollers, wagons, turkey hats, and plenty of smiles. Participants gathered at Connection Point Church in West Lafayette and enjoyed a flat, paved loop along the Cattail Trail, winding through the scenic Celery Bog on a crisp November morning.
Relive the moments, the milestones, and the joy—these photos capture the spirit of a community coming together for good.
