Week of Prayer for Christian Unity 2024

The annual Week of Prayer for Christian Unity begins next week. It takes place January 18 to 25, and this year’s theme, drawn from Luke 10:27, urges us to “love the Lord your God…and your neighbor as yourself.” Much like the Good Samaritan’s act of compassion, this theme aligns with the mission to foster unity, compassion, and understanding within our diverse community. Participate in the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity and play a crucial role in amplifying the inspiration and strength of our community. This theme, rich in the spirit of charity, mercy, justice, and unity, reflects the spirit of our community and the principles embodied by the Good Samaritan (Luke 10:25-37).

LUM encourages you to get involved in this meaningful observance as we come together to build a more connected and compassionate community. For more information, click HERE.
