Employee Resources
Earned Wage Access
LUM, in conjunction with our payroll provider, now offers Earned Wage Access (also referred to as on-demand pay) through Zayzoon. This service allows employees to access a portion of their earned wages ahead of payday. This service is available to you when you log in to the payroll system, or at https://www.zayzoon.com, and the process is entirely managed by you, the employee. A flyer is attached with a few details, and your questions can be answered at Zayzoon’s website. Zayzoon’s website also includes some financial education resources. As a reminder, the easiest way to log in to the payroll system (this service, check stubs, etc) is to click the “Employee Login” button at https://candoorhcm.com/
Small Dollar Loan Program
{Begining September 30, 2024.} LUM is pleased to provide our employees with another resource for managing your personal finances. Small Dollar Loans through the Community Loan Center at Homestead Resources offer a low-cost alternative to Payday loans. Loans are for $550 or $1000 (depending on your average pay) for one year at 18%. No credit history is needed, but on-time repayment WILL help build your credit score. The loan proceeds are deposited directly into your bank account, and payments are deducted from your paycheck. Eligibility is based on your length of employment with LUM (must be at least 90 days) and your average pay. In addition, Homestead Resources offers free financial counseling. To learn more, please see the attached brochure and visit CLCWestCentralIndiana.org . The website will offer you many more details (including a couple of videos that explain the program). Please contact the Community Loan Center with further questions. We hope that this adds another tool to your toolbox to help manage financial emergencies you might face.
