Together, We Made a Difference

Because of friends like you, 2025 was a year of remarkable impact at Lafayette Urban Ministry. Amid rising housing and food costs, delayed federal assistance, and ongoing challenges, our community’s generosity provided shelter, nourishment, and opportunity for 4,613 households in need.

Together, we assisted neighbors 50,686 times, provided meals and food aid 34,595 times, engaged 665 volunteers contributing 25,867 hours, and partnered with 55 member churches to extend a compassionate network across Tippecanoe County.

LUM is “a lifeline of help and hope.” In 2025, your support brought that mission to life—through safe shelter, emergency aid, youth programs, and pathways to stability. With a new strategic plan, refined mission, and vision, LUM is focused on maximizing impact in 2026 by expanding programs, strengthening partnerships, and meeting critical human needs.
