Community Thanksgiving Celebration


The Annual Community Thanksgiving Celebration is a true community event, where everyone is welcome but LUM relies on donations of money, food & supplies, and tFindHelp-FoodProgramButtonime from the community as well.

More than 800 people will be served, and there are opportunities for you — make a monetary donation, contribute food and supplies, and volunteer.


 

LUM Community Thanksgiving Celebration details are as follows:

  • Date: Thursday, November 23, 2017
  • Time: Noon – 2:00 p.m.
  • Place: Central Presbyterian Church,
    31 N. 7th Street, Downtown Lafayette
    Adjacent to the Tippecanoe County Public Library
    Social Hall Entrance is on 7th Street

There are many opportunities for YOU to serve your community neighbors on Thanksgiving morning. Make a difference this Thanksgiving holiday — donate your time cooking, serving, entertaining, hosting, greeting, setting up, cleaning up, and more. Lots of food and supplies are needed too — donate food or make a cash donation to make this special community event possible.
