    • Toy Shopping (optional)
      Tuesday, December 5 – 1 to 4 p.m. – Oakland High School
    • Packet Pick Up
      Thursday, December 7 – 1 to 4 p.m. – Oakland High School
  • EVALUATION – Host Site must complete the online evaluation form within one week after Jubilee Christmas, click HERE

  • Wednesday, September 6 – LUM Families invited to sign up – mail
  • Wednesday, September 13 – LUM Families invited to sign up – Email
  • Monday, October 9 – Covenant & Details Form – due – click HERE
  • Wednesday, October 11 – Family sign up form – open to public, until full
  • Monday, November 6 – Registered Families informed of their assignment
  • Monday, November 27 – Friday, December 1
    – Toy Drop Off Sites — drop off toys LUM Office, 1:00 – 5:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, November 30
    – Assembly Host-Site Packets — LUM Office conference room, 2:00 – 6:00 p.m.
  • Monday, December 4
    – Move/Sort Toys to Oakland HS — LUM Office conference room, 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.
    – Toy Drop Off Sites — drop off toys Oakland HS, 1:00 – 5:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, December 5
    – Toy Drop Off Sites — drop off toys – Oakland HS, 1:00 – 5:00 p.m.
    – Shop for Toys — Oakland HS, 1:00 – 4:00 p.m.
    – Assembly Toy Bags for Host-Sites – Oakland HS, 3:00 – 6:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, December 7
    – Pick up packets, food cards, teen cards, toys, evaluations — Oakland HS, 11:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. and by appointment
  • Saturday, December 9
    – Jubilee Christmas Day, various locations, various times
  • Saturday, December 9
    – Drop off gifts for absent parents – LUM Office (420 N 4th Street), 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
    – Drop off surplus toys, clothes, food, etc.    , 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. – Oakland HS, 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Saturday, December 9
    – Jubilee – Part 2 – 2:30 p.m., Oakland HS
    – Jubilee – Part 3 – 5 p.m., Oakland HS
  • Monday, December 11
    – Distribute surplus items Other agencies, hospital, etc., 2:00 p.m.
  • EVALUATION – Host Site must complete the online evaluation form within one week after Jubilee Christmas (Monday, December 18), click HERE
