This Saturday (December 11) is a joyous day in the Greater Lafayette. Jubilee Christmas is here! At 29 different events across Tippecanoe County from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., 621 local families will receive Christmas assistance impacting close to 1,800 local children.
Jubilee Christmas is a special LUM program for families with children ages 12 and younger. Participants will attend an event at one of our 29 host sites and select new toys for their children. Each parent is assigned a host who will assist them in shopping and wrapping their gifts. Each family also receives a food gift card and homemade Christmas cookies to make their Christmas dinner more special.
- DONATE – You can help with a cash gift. Your cash gift may be given in honor of a friend — in lieu of a holiday gift. LUM will send a Holiday Card to the individual you are honoring.
- VOLUNTEER – Saturday, December 11 from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. – Receive & sort toys, assist a parent in shopping for their children, and set up/clean up
